Our growing portfolio includes being current investment managers of Manchester’s Exchange Quay, investment and asset management of Manchester International Office Centre in Manchester and the investment, refurbishment and sale of the Crossley Park in Stockport. Recent developments include a state-of-the-art health and wellbeing centre in St Leonards, East Sussex.

With our unique skill set, our ability to source land, raise finance and develop our own projects means we have delivered successful developments from start to finish. We’re always assessing ideas and solutions for sectors, for example the health sector. Our project in St Leonard’s has meant multiple GP surgeries have been rehomed in state-of-the-art facilities with on-site amenities with the land being sourced, property built and sale all completed within three years.
