Directors Les Lang and Liam MacCarthy, share a diverse wealth of experience, having worked together since 2008 on a range of successful investment projects throughout the UK and beyond. Our growing portfolio includes being current investment managers of Manchester’s Exchange Quay, investment and asset management of Manchester International Office Centre in Manchester and the investment, refurbishment and sale of the Crossley Park in Stockport. Recent developments include a state-of-the-art health and wellbeing centre in St Leonards, East Sussex.

Over the years we’ve built up a large network of contacts to help source exciting deals, and an eye for unusual investment angles to extract value. We’ve developed and nurtured strong expertise in office, industrial, residential and mixed use investment opportunities, to meet specific property investment.
We manage all other professionals involved in any investment proposition to complete careful analysis and due diligence, as well as sourcing debt funding, and laying out an asset management strategy. This approach helps to create added value for all our clients’ investments.
With our unique skill set, our ability to source land, raise finance and develop our own projects means we have delivered successful developments from start to finish. We’re always assessing ideas and solutions for sectors, for example the health sector. Our project in St Leonard’s has meant multiple GP surgeries have been rehomed in state-of-the-art facilities with on-site amenities with the land being sourced, property built and sale all completed within three years.
